LocationAfrique User Agreement & Terms of Service

Welcome to LocationAfrique! This User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your access to and use of the LocationAfrique platform, including all applications, content, and features provided by LocationAfrique, LLC (“LocationAfrique,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using our services, you agree to the terms of this Agreement.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the LocationAfrique platform, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into this Agreement. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Overview of Services

LocationAfrique is a real estate and rental platform that connects guests and prospective tenants with verified property owners and certified agents.

• Travelers and renters can search, schedule visits, and securely pay for reservations and stays.
• Property owners can list their rentals, manage calendar availability, and receive payouts for confirmed visits.

3. User Responsibilities

Account Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it promptly as necessary.

Compliance: You agree to use our platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement and all applicable local regulations.

Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities on your account. Report any unauthorized access immediately.

4. Specific Obligations of Property Owners

Calendar Accuracy: Owners must keep their property calendars completely up to date.

Acceptance of Bookings: Once a traveler confirms and pays for a visit or booking, the owner is obligated to honor the reserved slot.

Consequences of Unjustified Refusal: If an owner cancels or refuses a confirmed booking while the property is shown as available, LocationAfrique may apply measures including:

• Withholding part or all of the payout for the canceled visit
• Temporary or permanent listing suspension
• Displaying a “canceled reservation” notice on the property profile

5. Confidentiality & Social Media

You may not share or publish confidential or proprietary information about LocationAfrique, its hosts, or users without prior written authorization. Violations may result in immediate sanctions, including account termination.

6. Fees, Pricing & No-Refund Policy

6.2 Fees for Property Owners

• No listing or recurring subscription fees apply.
• A transparent 2% transaction fee is applied to each confirmed booking payment, processed securely via Stripe or Mobile Money.

6.3 Fees for Travelers & Renters

• Visit and service fees cover property verification, calendar booking, and customer care.
• All applicable fees are clearly displayed before payment confirmation.

7. Account Termination

LocationAfrique reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of this Agreement, harassment, fraudulent activity, or non-compliance with community standards.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes will be resolved exclusively in the competent courts located in Wyoming.

9. Real Estate Agent Program

LocationAfrique offers a Real Estate Agent Program allowing eligible partners to earn up to 10% commission on completed bookings made via their assigned promo link. Agents must act ethically, refrain from spam or misrepresentation, and comply with all platform payout procedures.
